Start by creating a new file of header size. Create a rectangle using rectangular shape tool.

Press Ctrl+T. Right Click and select Warp. Select "Flag" style from the preset warp shapes. Apply settings as shown.


Press Ctrl+T. Right Click and select distort. Adjust the nodes to get the shape as shown.

Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown.

Reduce the fill value to 0%.


Duplicate the layer. Press Ctrl+T. Right click and select Flip Horizontal and place on the other side.

Create a circle using elliptical shape tool. Enable "subtract from shape area" at the top bar. Create another circle using elliptical shape tool. Apply same layer style.

Similarly create more circular shape and place randomly.

Create a circle using elliptical shape tool. Change the layer mode to "Difference".

Create another white circle smaller than the previous one using elliptical shape tool. Create small circles as shown.

Create a rounded rectangle using rounded rectangle shape tool. Change the layer mode to "Difference". Place it on the bottom.

Similarly insert more rectangles and search bar. Create some divider lines using line tool.

Insert navigation links and an image cutout.
