Step 4
Now change the colour to what ever you like, I have chosen Green
Select the Paint Bucket Tool
Click inside your Lasso to fill in the Colour.
You should have something that resemble the picture below.
Step 5
Double Click the Eye Colour Layer to display the Layer Style Properties
This can also be achieved be Clicking Layer -> Layer Style -> Blending Options
Change the Blend mode to Hue
Change the Opacity to 55%
Step 6
You can now go back and follow the same steps to apply similar effects to other parts of the eye. Below is and example of the eyelid being changed colour.

I like it. I see some very interesting ways where I might want to use some of these techniques.

This technique is different from the way I work, to me, it look easy and simple. That is why I like it.

It looks easy, but I tried it on dark brown eyes and it did not work :S

My daughter is half Spanish and in some pictures you can't tell where her iris and pupil meet they are so dark. I used this tut on my daughter however, I selected her eyes first and adjusted the brightness then applied the effects in this tut. I don't mean to sound rude but did you make sure the opacity level was high when doing dark eyes this is a must. Hope this helps.
