Sometimes perfection is not wanted so add a few pimples on their faces.
Start by opening a facial image of your choice.
Set the foreground to the color shown below.
Select brush tool. Apply brush settings as shown.
Create a new layer and click once to create a spot.
Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown.
Applying the above mentioned layer style will create a beveled and oily effect on the pimple.
Similarly create more spots in seperate layers and place as shown.
Apply same layer style on the spot layers.
