Start by applying a gradient to the background layer.



Create bull's eye shape using custom shape tool.



Press Ctrl+T. Right Click and select distort. Adjust the nodes to get a shape as shown.



Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown.







Press and hold Alt key and keep pressing down arrow key to create 3D extrusion.



Select and merge all the duplicate layers. Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown. Move the original layer above all the layers in layer order in layer palette.





Select and merge both the layers. Duplicate the layer several times. Scale down randomly and place as shown.



Duplicate the layer again and scale up as to cover the whole document. Change the layer mode to luminosity and opacity to 20%.

Create a rectangle using rectangular shape tool. Change the layer mode to soft light.



Create another rectangle using rectangular shape tool. Change the layer mode to overlay.



Create a rounded rectangle using rounded rectangle shape tool.



Insert a relevant image. Move this layer just above the rounded rectangle layer in layer order in layer palette.



Press Ctrl+Alt+G to create a clipping mask.



Change the layer mode to luminosity.



Select the rounded rectangle layer. Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown.





Similarly insert more images and apply same effects.
