Start by creating a file of header size. Create a rounded rectangle using rounded rectangular tool.



Duplicate this layer and move towards left.



Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply layer style with the settings shown.







Create an ellipse using elliptical shape tool.



Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown.







Insert a product cutout over this ellipse.

Press Ctrl+alt+G to create a clipping mask.



Type relevant text adjacent to this ellipse. Create another image holder like this and insert another image cutout.



Create a wave shape using pen tool at the bottom of the header. Fill it with sky blue color.



Create another wave shape using pen tool and fill it with white color.



Select circular thin frame from the top bar using custom shape tool.



Create a few bubble shapes of varied sizes and place randomly.



Type link names on top. Create search bar on left side of the header. Apply stroke.



Insert company logo and place on top left.
