Move the cloud layer towards right.

From custom shape tool create a preset 5 point star shape. Populate the sky with different sized stars at random positions.

Select a star layer. Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply layer style with the settings shown.

Apply same layer style to all star layers.

Create a rectangle using rectangular shape tool.

Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply layer style with the settings shown.



using line tool create a vertical line holding the sign board. Apply same layer style that we used for the rectangle above. Remove pattern overlay from the layer style.

Using basic shape tools and black as foreground color create perspective shadow for the boards.

Create more sign boards for other link names.

Type link names over these boards. Insert the company logo. Add a search bar at the right bottom.
