Learn to design a standard banner and animate it as well.

Start by creating a new file of the banner size. Create a rectangle using rectangular shape tool. Press Ctrl+T. Right click the layer and select perspective. Adjust nodes to get the shape as shown.

Duplicate the layer. Move this layer a few pixels top right and change the color.

Create another shape of similar kind with different color. Place as shown in the image below.

Type resort name over this rectangle.

Insert an image of a boat.

Create two blue color ellipses and place below the boat to create an illusion of water.

Create three circles of increasing radius and place as shown.

Type three lines of text details in one layer. Duplicate layer. Place it above the first text layer. Merge both layers.

Move the text layer right above the sky blue rectangle layer in layer order. Press Ctrl+Alt+G to create a clipping mask.

Open animation window. For the first frame move the text layer (which is already masked) so that only first line is visible.

Duplicate frame. Move the text layer downwards till the repeated first line appears in it's place again.

Click tween button from animation window. Apply settings as shown.

Adjust the delay durations of the frames according to the shots below.

For every alternative frame make the bigger dot invisible to create a blink effect.

Press Ctrl+Alt+Shift+S to save an optimized animated GIF
