Create a circle for the knot between drapes. Apply gradient overlay as explained above.



Select orange shape layer at the right. Ctrl+Click the layer thumbnail to get the selection. From select menu apply modify>>contract. Contract the selection by 5 pixels.



Create a new layer and apply a black to white gradient in linear mode.



Change the layer mode to screen.



Similarly create a shining layer for rest of the drapes shape layers.



Type link names over the green shape layer.



Using custom shape tool select any nice design preset and place above the link names. We used Fleur-Di-Lis preset shape.



Place company logo over the white space at top left corner.
