Start creating a new file. Create a rectangle a bit smaller then the document size using rectangular shape tool.

Create another white rectangle using rectangular shape tool.

Press Ctrl+T. Right Click and select perspective. Adjust the nodes to get the shape as shown.

Duplicate the layer twice and place as shown.

Insert product image cutouts and place as shown in the image below.

Add text details using cool fonts. Play around with different color and sizes. Rotate all the text to align it with our diagonal pattern.

Select and duplicate the orange rectangle layer.

Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown.

Reduce the fill amount to 0% from the top of the layer palette.

Move this layer above all the layers in layer order in layer palette.
