Select each part and apply layer style as shown.





Repeat the above steps for the other alphabet parts.



Select and merge all the layers. Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown.





Duplicate the layer. Remove the layer style. Change the layer mode to "Linear Burn".
