Create a rectangle using rectangular shape tool.



Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown.



Create a shape using pen tool.



Create a few circles using elliptical shape tool.



Create a shape as shown using pen tool.



Create a new layer. Right click and select the brush as shown.



Apply the brush randomly as shown in the image below.  



Populate the content box by adding details and product image.
