Start by creating a new file. Insert an image of flowers for example.

Change the layer mode to "Luminosity" and opacity to 25%.

Create a rectangle using rectangular shape tool.

Enable "subtract from shape area" at the top bar. Create some rectangles with different sizes using rectangular shape tool.


Repeat the above steps to create bottom rectangle pattern.

Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown.


Insert another image of flowers.

Press Ctrl+Alt+G to create a clipping mask.

Click add layer mask button from the bottom of the layer palette. Apply a white to black gradient to create a smooth blend.

Similarly insert more images and place as shown.

Type the greeting message using a nice font and enhance it by applying outer glow.
