Do you still have old photographs lying around that needs a little bit of brighting up? Here's a quick tip to do that.
We'll work on the following image in which the foreground element i.e. the girl is looking very dark. Using some easy to follow steps we'll illuminate the image to give it a complete makeover.
From image menu select "Adjustments>>Selective Color". Apply every color settings as shown in the images below.
Duplicate the layer and change the layer mode to "Screen".
